Beds were really bad, very lumpy. We stayed 4 nights, They would not assign us housekeeping unless it was a stay over 4 nights. We ran out of toilet paper, Kleenex, had to go get new towels and garbage bags so we could dump our trash. I know I am not the only one to complain about the bed, another lady was at the front desk when we were checking in, she was telling the front desk that this was the worst bed she had ever slept on. Not sure about all the 5 star reviews, probably bored employees, I know I have been there. I do want update my review by saying none of this is the staffs fault, they were very nice. This is the manager and whomever the owner is.

Overall we had a hreat experience here. The room was clean with fresh linens (though the cabinet holding the mini fridge was damaged resulting in some sharp edges we had to watch the kids around...). The breakfast was good. They had some hot options. They kept the amount out smaller than other places we have stayed at. This resulted in getting hotter food, but sometimes having to wait a while for them to refill a pan. The front desk was friendly. Location fairly convenient to things we needed, but not right by anything. Our main issue this visit is that we were to there would be 1 housekeeping during our 5 night stay. I scheduled this upon check-in and it did not happen. I then requested it for the following day and it did not happen... all I ended up getting them to do for us, over the 5 nights, is empty the trash once and get us some clean towels...

Stayed in room 442. The noise pollution coming into my room throughout the night was absolutely ridiculous. It would have suited Hyatt to invest in better soundproofing the rooms facing the busy street. And before anyone says it's impossible to soundproof I have stayed in hotels close to airports and not had the amount of noise I had in this hotel come in. The rooms do have blackout shades but the way they are placed on the window allows a lot of light to come through in the morning. The room for the most part appeared clean the bathroom as well but the toilet could probably use a new flushing thing because it doesn't flush unless you hold it down the whole time. As far as the breakfast that's included with your stay, you would be better off going out to breakfast because the food pans were empty and stayed empty for long periods of time while people waited in line. There was only one worker trying to keep tables clean while also trying to get food prepared. During the whole time I stayed in the lobby there were two women working the front desk which mind you had no one approach during the whole time. Whoever was managing in the morning of 4/5/22 did a horrible job placing their workers where they were needed most. I definitely will not be staying at this one ever again

Only stayed one night in March. Rooms were nice well cleaned and well furnished. Large flat screen and a very nice mattress on the bed. Only downside was they didn't have on site restaurant but did offer a free breakfast which I did not take part in.
