This is such a nice Kia Dealership, I only needed my headlights replaced and they washed my car and vacuumed inside, and even the mechanic took the extra time to fix my car door that couldn't open all the way. What a nice thing to do, thanks Aaron for the great service! :)

They're nice enough. But did not find the reason for their suggested solution. I had to figure it out myself after paying for the diagnostic which only said I needed a battery. I had a bad relay that was not opening some of the time when I'd turn off the vehicle. So.. some buyer's remorse there. A new battery would have died and gone bad as well if I wasn't savvy enough to double check and sort the issue. I understand that the symptom did not present at the dealership but it wasn't that old of a battery. The health being so very bad should have led the tech to look a little deeper. I'm disappointed in that piece of things. But I've fixed it myself and declined the upcharge for a battery install. Three stars because the parts gal was really cool when I was checking part numbers against availability at a parts shop. And the service manager was nice.

My household has purchased 4 cars from Smith Kia of Bellingham. I've always had a great experience with the sales team and management and great customer service that keeps me coming back. We've owned two Kias, a Kia Optima and our most recent purchase of a Kia Stinger. We loved the Optima but couldn't resist trading up for the Stinger with AWD. The Stinger handles as good as any Subaru I've driven in the snow and meets our family's needs perfectly. We also have purchased two non-Kias from Smith Kia of Bellingham, a Ford Focus and then later traded for an AWD Rav4. All of our vehicles have been reliable and great vehicles, and the we've had great experience maintaining our vehicles with Smith Kia's service team. I can't recommend the team at Smith Kia enough, they always help us when we need a reliable vehicle at a great price, and work with us to find something that meets our needs and budget.

Since automobile purchase are one of my biggest investments in life, I wanted to talk to professionals that really cared about their products, so I went to Smith Kia in Bellingham. The sales team there is respectful, knowledgeable and polite. The free coffee is the best in town and the floor sales people work in harmony like a well oiled machine.
