If you want someone who is invested in your Journey to recovery this is the place. I’m your standard out of shape welder/workaholic with zero time for self care and a high tolerance for pain, which is not good, because by the time I go somewhere for help, I can barely walk… So I limped into my appointment with Heather with 7/10 pain level and little hope. After the visit, I left with 2 things. First, I left walking! Not Limping, and 2nd, I left with a plan for recovery and the confidence to complete it. Oh, and if you haven’t read the other reviews about Heather- She Really is that Awesome. Well Played Onward! Thank you!

I’ve been to several physical therapists and Heather has surpassed them all. She is attentive, kind, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her sessions include a mix of messaging/cupping, movement assessments and workouts designed to be gentle but effective in working through problem areas. I’ve seen great improvements in my shoulder since seeing her and I wish my schedule allowed me to see her more often. You will not be disappointed with this great company!

Cannot say enough good things about these guys. I saw Alex after some elbow and neck pain I had been dealing with after some high volume training and Crossfit competitions. It was so nice to talk with someone who shares a passion for fitness, and the desire to stay in the gym. I feel very confident about the plan we mapped out for moving forward :)

Heather is an amazing Physical Therapist! When I first saw Heather I was ramping up for a 50K and injured yet again. Heather took the time to evaluate ALL aspects of my training and health to help me rebuild before my race. Heather is incredibly kind and personable in her practice which instantly made me feel comfortable. Heather took the time to ask questions and listen, and my running is so much better for having worked with her. I would highly recommend Heather to anyone!

In the state of Washington, no referral is needed to see a physical therapist. If you question your need to see your doctor first, feel free to call us to discuss!
Please wear comfortable workout clothing to the appointment to allow for movement or possible manual therapy. If you are coming in for the lower body, it is best to have shorts available. If you are coming in for the shoulder/neck region, we encourage for women to wear a top that exposes the shoulder blade area.
For parking if you are traveling southwest down Granary Ave, pass the Granary building and our entrance on the right, then about 300 feet down on the left there is a large free parking lot.
