My dog Willow gets so excited to go to the vet, even when she gets shots, she comes out with her tail wagging. I also love that this vet does monthly plans! The staff are also very friendly, and handle my dogs over excitement super well.

If I were going solely on my visit with this clinic, I’d give a higher rating but I’m so frustrated with the general service that I’m going to be looking for vet care elsewhere. I’m a member with their wellness plan and pay a monthly fee. I realize that the plan is primarily for preventative care but the fact that they can’t see an established patient for an entire month for something as simple as kennel cough OR offer a telehealth visit, is ridiculous. I can’t believe I pay the monthly fee and they just told me to see care elsewhere!

I LOVE Dr. Lee, his patience, professionalism and high quality care are very much appreciated! Other staff range from very helpful, to a small minority who totally lack Customer Service skills; especially when it comes to being knowledgeable about Wellness Plans, promotions and finances, to the point of being down right rude! Finances should be discussed privately, period. If you cannot answer a question, find out, or refer to someone who can! Well Care Plans, are not insurance policies, but provide free examinations and help with the cost of dentistry and anesthesia etc. However, what they do not tell you, is that there are no appointments available for four weeks, and that they do not offer after hours emergency services; one is forced to use the Emergency Vet Hospital on Guide Meridian, which is very expensive. When a friend recommended Banfield, they failed to say that the company could best be described as literally, 'the Walmart of Vet care.' For continuity of care, one has to insist upon seeing the same vet each time, or you will just get anyone. Ideally, I would like to take my pets to Dr. Lee outside of Banfield. I will not be taking other pets there. Again, there is no doubt Dr. Lee is an absolute gem!

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
Banfield has been nothing but fantastic with me and my baby girl My Little fur baby just call them and ask them let you know over the phone but seriously they are excellent I have pet insurance with them and everything
Yes although burlington seems to be less cordial with the front desk doctors and staff are great. Bellingham is wonderful dr. Panah is so awesome notices everything

Give them a call and tell them what's going on. They are good at getting pets seen.
It doesn't cancel. Make sure you let them know more than 30 days before renewal that you want to cancel. You have to finish your terms.
