Check the yellow pages or Google for a locksmith in town who can look up the information on the type of lock used for your car. You can also go to any dealership the had sold Mercury cars and ask for information regarding replacement of your key.

I'm sorry, I don't remember the price, but I remember that the difference of it being higher than discount places was made up in convenience & nicer experience. We change ours, but one time we went into discount place... savings was not worth it. I've had service other than oil at Hyundai (I had inquired about oil and thought if ever a scenario of needing change, we would go there).
Yes, the LE model does but, the base model does not. Im not sure about the SE.
