I rarely leave reviews, but I was very pleased with my experience and wanted to share after reading the previous ones. I was in and out of the establishment within a few minutes of arrival. I am assuming that the business is under new management because the two individuals that assisted me were so forthcoming and professional. The man that checked me in was friendly, respectful and provided me with excellent customer service as was the young woman that assisted him. The office and waiting room areas were clean and inviting as well with lovely images on the wall. I think that the person who helped me is the owner. He answered all of my questions and was approachable. I will definitely return for any future services that I need and would recommend it to those seeking a reputable place to have a background check performed among many of the other professional services they offer. Try out this location and see if it suits you. *Forgot to mention that they did use hand sanitizer and provided it to me as well after concluding with the visit and disinfecting the equipment.
