My name is Fred Hartford I've been taking my car down to Kia and Everett and I would have to wait at least 2 hours for an oil change if I took my car up to you for service I bought it brand new how long would I have to wait to get my oil change and what kind of oil are you using they have changed on me I like mobile one I'm looking to find somebody that will take care of me in the manner I should be I have not been happy with Jerry Smith I was not happy with performance it takes him so long to get my car won't load changed and washed if I made an appointment with my car I got 800 miles before my next service can you help me out there let me know
