Check in was easy. That’s the only positive thing I can say about our stay. Room smelled old and musty, almost an old cigarettey smell. Bathroom was absolutely filthy with dirt stains all over the shower and bathroom counter. Not to mention hair all over the place. Crackers on the floor and under side table. They put us right next to an exit door on the bottom level and it slammed shut loudly all night. Breakfast was lackluster at best, gnats flying everywhere when you threw something away. It was gross, don’t waste your money here. With what we paid I expected it to at least be better than a motel, but boy was I wrong.

Outside looks quite delapidated. Inside is clean but definitely seen better days a long time ago. Rooms were very clean and the AC worked great. Everything worked well. Water pressure is pretty low. Waffle iron didn't work right, waffle mix was no good. Juices were warm. Sausage patties were super bland. Price wasn't bad. Located real close to shopping center and a sonic . Shady looking neighborhood and the 30 thugs jammin out drinking and smoking weed in the parking lot didn't help the atmosphere when we got back after the reds game we were in town for.

Located just off I-275. We had a little glitch. First room had nasty smoke odor. Housekeeping not doing a very good job there. Second room door lock didn't work. Desk manager done an awesome job quickly getting us into acceptable room. Room was clean. Spacious accommodations. Bed was very comfortable, pillows could use some renewing. Vent in bathroom needed replaced, so loud hearing protection should be used. Breakfast was, well we skipped the the burnt sausage and cold egg looking pucks ang got brunch down the road. Looking back now the night desk manager was great and maybe the best staff there.

Over all stay was nice, I got in just before the winter storm, however the 3rd night I came back from work I got no fresh sheets nor towels or wash clothes. I wasn't pleased with Housekeeping. Breakfast was wonderful and coffee was perfect. NO bedbugs so I will coming back if there is another winter snow storm.

Naturally this can vary from one hotel to another, but their parent company, choice hotels, indicates that if you're staying alone you may be able to get a room if you're 19 however some of their hotels may require you to be 21. In general, you should call the hotel directly to get this information (as they are sure to have it).
Hotel was brand new just opened when I stayed, great place, excellent staff and ultra clean
I was there over Halloween weekend and had no issues. I check mattress seams, outlets baseboards etc and saw no signs of them. Maybe I got lucky?
