Rooms were clean. Staff is nice. The breakfast looked plentiful. The outdoor pool is nice and it's located next to a lot of food options and gas stations.

Positive: Convenient to where we were going Negative: Yes asked for handicap accessible. Well the toilet was low wirh no bars and no way for husband to get in shower. There was a bar but no shower chair etc .

I was here four years ago and was very impressed. The rooms were newly remodeled, clean, and very nice. This time around wasn't as great. The breakfast has plenty of options and I'm always happy to see carbon monoxide detectors. The floor was very clean and in great shape. However, the shower seams were full of mold, the toilet tank was leaking on the floor, the sheets were stained, and apparently toilet paper is an acceptable fix for a hole in the wall. I'm hoping maybe it's just this one room with issues as I'd hate to see a place go downhill so fast.

Terrible! Entire room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was a dead bug sitting on the bathroom vanity area. The shower screams at you when you turn the water on... yes, screams. And to top off an already terrible experience house keeping took my bottle of curl cream while I was out. Yes it was almost empty but there was still product left and I had it on the shower shelf not in the trash! If I had wanted to toss it I would have thrown it away. Instead they took it and curly hair without curl cream is not something you want to see! Terrible terrible terrible...
