The staff was rude. We found hair in our cheesy bread, and there were little kids with no supervision running around the whole restaurant without any consequences. Cici's has been one of our childhood classic places to eat, but I don't think I will be returning to this location.

The day we went, there were no real options at the bar for pizzas. There were only two pizzas that looked fresh: the Mac & Cheese Pizza and the BBQ Chicken Pizza. Neither do I like or would want to eat. The other pizzas on the bar looked so hard, dried out, and burnt that they literally looked like they had been there for a day or two. The cinnamon dessert was flat! I'm not sure what happened but they were very flat and hard to eat. The Garlic Cheesy Strips were so soaked in Grease that they were literally grease yellow and saturated. They looked grotesque. I left there as hungry as I went in. It was a total waste of money!

Pizza was over cooked with little to no sauce and wrong sauce. Barely any toppings. Half of the Buffalo bites were still raw.

This place is Awesome. We all love the wings and pizza. The Cicis employees was very Nice and kind. Cicis restaurants will you please get in bottles or packages of Frank's Hot Sauce. The customer's would appreciate those Hot Sauces. Thank youThankyou so much for your kind words, Bobby! We're so glad you enjoyed your visit! :)

Probably because it would be too hard to keep track of which people paid to eat and who didn't. For a definite answer it would be best to call and speak to a manager. Everyone there is super nice!
As long as they are washing their hands each time they begin making pizzas, ie., handling the dough, and adding sauces and toppings, then using properly cleaned utensils as the pies come out of the oven, gloves are not required. On the other hand, building sandwiches and hamburgers that are made to order (thinking Subway, Jersey Mike's, Burger King, McD's, etc) does require gloves to be worn during the process through wrapping.
