As long as they are washing their hands each time they begin making pizzas, ie., handling the dough, and adding sauces and toppings, then using properly cleaned utensils as the pies come out of the oven, gloves are not required. On the other hand, building sandwiches and hamburgers that are made to order (thinking Subway, Jersey Mike's, Burger King, McD's, etc) does require gloves to be worn during the process through wrapping.
