Ordered LG Classic Trio hand tossed pizza. Either the pizza oven temp was too high, or the employees on duty forgot about the pizza. The crust was very close to being burnt on top and bottom. The pizza was edible, but I could taste the burnt flavor of the crust. I was disappointed. The salad was great.

This was an awful experience all the way around. I placed an order and it said it would be ready for pickup at the window in 30 minutes I arrived in 35 minutes, waited in line for 10 minutes and waited at the window for an additional 25 minutes for my order. I was literally just left sitting at the window. The clerk finally came back and had my name wrong... I would have driven off if everything were not have already been paid for, as this was ordered online. Once I finally got my food it was cold. The pizza and the wings were all cold and the pizza had hardly any cheese on it, even though I ordered extra cheese. Will not be back to this donatos location!

The pizza is great. I got Serious Cheese and an individual Mariachi replaced the meat with plant based sausage. It was great! I recommend this place. The prices are good. The dining room is closed, the doors are locked. You can pick up by drive through only.

Not sure why we keep giving this place a try. We've probably ordered from here 6 times in the past few months. Have yet to have a correct order or have the pizza ready at the time given. I can understand being understaffed, then give a more accurate time for the order to be ready. The incorrect order there is really no excuse. Extremely disappointed and will be taking business elsewhere.
