The service representative there was extremely rude. She made me wait for 20 minutes while she was on the phone. I honestly feel like I got Covid after being in there it was so hot And germ infested it was disgusting. They don’t have sanitized pens everybody just touches the same pen over and over again. She was extremely condescending and disrespectful to somebody who was extremely polite to her.

After going through the heart stopping moment of your car being gone suddenly this happens. Even if you're in the right or wrong your property should be treated with respect. People make mistakes all the time and to treat our property in such a manner is uncalled for. Most of us work two jobs to try to afford the few little nice things for Lincoln towing to deface it like this. Also for anyone who has parked on Stewart WHY does the pay station sign say pay from 8am-6pm and under the 30min truck loading sign (which I wasn't parked in) a small sign saying no parking from 7am-9am??? i didnt notice the sign until i got my suv back and parked in the exact same spot. If you can't park there from 7am-9am WHY THE HECK in huge letters and numbers does it say pay 8am-6pm???? once a person sees that they're not looking for another sign unless it's clear like 🚫. After the alley way there's 10 signs with huge NO PARKING infront of the church. Theres nothing where im parked as shown in the pictures. Now let's hope this hearing goes well but we always loose at the end. It's fine for them to break the rules without consequences as shown in the pictures there office. Staff did there job and nothing more or less.

SHOULD BE ZERO STARS. If you are choosing a towing company - PICK ANYONE ELSE, you will be better off. These guys are true scammers at heart and will work every angle to get your money. Right or wrong doesn't matter to them, if they think they can get money from you they will try. I sold a car 16 years ago that ended up in Seattle and got towed over a year ago as abandoned. They tried to get me to pay over $800 for its towing and disposal. I sent them a copy of my Bill of Sale(luckily I kept it for 16 years). I was told the matter was resolved by Lincoln Towing. Yesterday, a year later, I get another bill. They said that I now also needed a Notice of Vehicle Sale filed with Oregon DMV. I emailed them a copy of the filed form. Called Lincoln to make sure they had received the email. Receptionist WOULD NOT CONFIRM RECEIPT and hung up on me twice. I just filed a complaint with the Washington Consumer Protection office and WOULD URGE ANYONE WITH A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE TO DO THE SAME. I will also file a complaint with the Oregon Consumer Protection office.

These guys totally destroyed my car while towing it. Their customer service it horrible. If the same thing happens to you fill out the damage form with them, write to the City of Seattle to complain, and make sure to get your insurance involved. Consider getting an attorney if your insurance isn't being helpful. They caused at least $2000 in damages to my car, never apologized, and treated me like garbage.

They charge every 12 hours.

Do you folks have office hours so that I can contact someone? Or an email address.?

I have tried and tried to get someone to respond from the Claim Dept to no avail. Never a response or an answer.

Do you still service Capitol Hill? Someone pulled down the sign on the property I manage. I want to make Sure the information is current. Do you re glue the sign to our wall?

They still service that entire area. If you want your sign back up you will have to do it. If i were you though, I would switch to a different towing company for your property. Lincoln Towing has some real questionable business practices that could cause you unnecessary legal issues in the future.
