**A CAR ENTHUSIAST'S WORST NIGHTMARE** My front mount intercooler was dented by their winch when loading up into flatbed. I was instructed by the operator to steer my car while he winched it up in order to prevent damage while he observed and guided me. Unfortunately, this expensive mishap occurred. I even went to the extent to remove my bumper to prevent such damage.I've searched around and found that this tow company had great reviews but please do not ignore this review if you truly do care about your car.

welp, getting your car towed is not something I ever look forward to, but J-E made it a heck of a lot less painful. he was courteous, friendly, funny, and just unbelievably helpful during a situation that is down right awful. I had to get my car towed to a shop (due to me being a total dingus) and he was able to drop it off before the shop closed (30 mins or less!!??) and texted me a photograph of my car in their lot. wonderful experience

Ant at Guardian towing did us a solid. He showed up on time, and discussed what we were going to do about my father's giant van. After scoping out the space, he dropped a full sized van in a cramped alleyway parking spot without breaking a sweat. Great communication, great professionalism, and obvious skill. Cheers man!

My ‘57 BelAir was broken down and Guardian showed up for the tow. The operator, Jerry, was fantastic! No chains on the car so the paint would stay good UNDERNEATH the car. Soft straps, nice and controlled lift and obviously experienced! And really enjoyed talking with him. He got my baby to the shop fast and professional. What more do you want from a towing company. First Rate Service!
