WORST experience ever. Corupt as hell and my vehicle was broken into while on their lot and all my possessions stolen. After I paid my fee to get my vehicle they lost my keys.

I had my car towed by this company after an accident and it was left there for 3 days as we were unable to get it. In those three days the car was left unlocked the whole time, the car was broken into, items were stolen from the car, and the battery was killed in the car. Of course the workers couldn't care less and it's not their responsibility to do anything about it. This company cares immensely about safety of cars during the day and don't allow anyone to go down but yet at night it's " expected " apparently that your car will be damaged. Do whatever you can to avoid using this company. They are terrible.

Went to pick up a vehicle and the ignorant and un-intelligent and rude staff refused to administer the keys to the vehicle I was picking up due to personal political views and poor unprofessional attitude. I was very upset and disrespected throughout the transaction. Show up and do your job or stay home. The vehicle was previously paid for. It was an easy transaction. They made it difficult. It was raining on a Sunday and I was the only customer. PATHETIC.

One of the most unprofessional towing business anyone can possibly do business with. While there multiple customers including I had complaints about missing items from our towed vehicles. The customer service reps that were tending to customers were no help with real bad attitudes. Please read other reviews followed by mines into getting more of an idea what type of business is being ran here...

There has to be Fair justice that means something to at least one judge here in Seattle and I also have been scared by LINCOLN TOWING over on N. Aurora I'm all the way from Texas fleeing for my life from a dv relationship and they LITERALLY.. ROBBED ME 34 DISABLED AND HAD JUST FINISHED MY SECOND SURGERY HERE AT AN ALWSOME HOSPITAL CALLED HARBOR VIEW.... THINKING I'D escaped THE WORST THEY TOOK MY SAFE PLACE. FEEL FREE TO CHECK OUT MY review OF THIS TOWING COMPANY THAT IS LEGALLY ROBBING AND DESTROYING LIVES.. NOT CARING OF THAT INDIVIDUAL.. Yes they do scam people every day there a bunch of crooks and going to start filling a suit agenst the hole company for numerous reasons and for towing in Riggs they have sold and resaleinf many times ?

Well as far as you at the golf course you should have gotten towed due to it supposedly having a three day grace period of time allowed for when parking unless it's on private property.
Every Saturday at Lincoln aurora and every Wednesday at their tukwila location. Doors open to register and put down deposit from 7-10.
Yes but I dont recommend going there. They have no parking lot that they have established and when you park behind the tow yard you get ticketed. There customer service is also very slow.
