Well as far as you at the golf course you should have gotten towed due to it supposedly having a three day grace period of time allowed for when parking unless it's on private property.
My girlfriend rv was broke into while in the lot,found needles on floor, trashed the rv inside and stole stuff. The manager did freeze the amount got the rv out out cheeper then what the actual bill was. The manager is no longer there that helped. It was cool what they did but what happened to the rv was not,the yard should have better security so that this does not happen
