Made an appointment to repair the screen on my Galaxy S22. As I walk in the door for my appointment the employee let me know they don't have that screen and it's back ordered, would take three weeks to arrive. Not the employees fault at all but its ridiculous that you can make an appointment and not know the repair can't be completed until you go into the location. I took time off work to go to the appointment, which now I'll need to do again.

I had stopped by several big box retailers without any luck looking for an obscure remote control battery. Called ahead to Batteries Plus Bulbs and they had it in stock, on the shelf - at a reasonable price. Parking available but it's behind the store so missed the turn in on first pass.

Chris was extremely helpful on the phone and located the car battery for my car. The installation tech was friendly and obviously knowledgeable and competent. It all took less than a half hour. Everyone friendly and professional and courteous even though there were 5-6 customers waiting for help. Thanks so much for this well managed store!
