I was stuck late at night with a flat tire that I couldn’t get off. Victor answered the phone almost immediately and was very courteous, asked the right questions. He informed me on the price they would need to charge me to come to the area I was in. When he found out that I was quite a distance away from them he kindly offered me advice on how to get the tire off. It worked! He could’ve charged me to come out but instead he was willing to help me over the phone. Much appreciated! If I’m ever in the area again and do need a tow I will definitely be calling this company!

Nathan was great! My dads car overheated and blew a hose a block away from lumen stadium right before a sounders game. He showed up fast despite the stadium traffic, it was a very pleasant exchange during a stressful time.

This company was quick to respond even though I originally only called for a jump. I had expected them to take awhile since it was just a jump but they got there within 10 minutes. My car wouldn’t start even after trying to jump it with a jump box and using the truck. I had the driver tow me to Papa Bears Auto Center in bothell. I had my 3 yr old son with me and there was plenty of room for us in the truck. The driver even helped set up my sons seat in the truck. The driver was nothing but kind and courteous. I didn’t catch his name but I appreciate his effort in trying to help get my car started and then the long tow. The lady that also took the call originally was very kind on the phone. If I ever need a tow in Seattle again I will be calling this company!

Called almost 30 different towing companies trying to find someone to tow our Aston Martin to the dealer in Bellevue. Joe came all the way down to Centralia in the middle of the night and took care of us. Got the car loaded and unloaded with zero damage, which was no easy job. Highly recommend these folks, they are professional and very friendly. If you have an exotic or special car and need a tow, call Seattle Towing.

Great question! We don't do impound tows, however, if you think your car has been impounded, you do have a couple of options. If your car was towed/impounded within the city of Seattle you should call the Seattle Police Department. If your vehicle was towed/impounded from any freeway in the Puget Sound area, you'll need to reach out to Washington State Patrol.
No. Quite the opposite. Since your car is lifted by its tires, it is riding on your own suspension. And the tow trucks suspension absorbs most of the bumps. Our drivers are professionally trained and have years of experience to ensure your car gets the best treatment possible.
