They take to Long to unload check in a night before had a 8 am appointment got out at 3 pm and I only had 5 pallets for them, security guard give you a hard time

One of the most dreadful places to come to. The security hub is rank with stank attitudes. I refuse to believe it’s a culture bred and to be expected by Detroit Natives. My review is solely focused on my engagement with the ladies in the security hub my load was late due to the previous receiver resulting in my appointment getting cancelled had to stick around over the weekend. not to mention security did not tell me that I was able to stay on property so ultimately I ended up driving 30 minutes away to a pilot OK cool I return back on Monday After being advised that they don’t do same day scheduling so I had to stay until the next day that wasn’t a problem it was the communication and the demeanor of the ladies in the security hub not sure why the attitude when there was no reason but Ladies we have to do better!!! Hopefully the next time I’ll have a better experience The parking lot is full of potholes and debris beware and be careful! Again just to note there is over night parking there is a rest room aside the security hub and they want you to cut your seal and open your doors
