I went in to buy dog food and high tinsel fence wire. The dog food was supposed to be on sale for $55 for a 50 lb bag online and said it was in stock. They only had a 44 lb bag for $55 and when I asked for a price adjustment, they said they would not do it because it was on sale. Finally, a lady went to the back and pulled out the 50 lb bag. I went to buy the wire and used my $10 reward. They sent me out to pick it up and it was out of stock! I told the “customer service” lady and she shrugged and said, “if it’s not out there we don’t have it”. If I have to fight for lower prices anyways I’ll go to a locally owned farm store where they take the time to have trained employees and care about customer service.

It is nice when they have what you are looking for. Several times I have seen products listed online as advailable in store, but they do not actually have them in store.
