The woman who took my order via telephone was very knowledgeable and kind, she worked around my budget, payment was a breeze, they made my mom an absolutely gorgeous bouquet of flowers (excellent in quality and arrangement), and they were delivered within two hours of my order being placed. I’ve got to say that Country Flowers is an example of great customer service in a rural environment. I don’t know how many times my forgetfulness has almost gotten me into trouble right before an important day that calls for a floral arrangement. The latest such goof on my part was for my Mom’s birthday that weekend. So with an hour before closing on Friday night, I called the flower shop and explained my predicament. I gave a vague desperate description of what I needed, (blues and white) Janelle said it would be done before closing time....Yeesss! saved again by this awesome florist! Janelle, at Country Flowers has always made the most BEAUTIFUL arrangements. Her flowers/arrangements are always the topic of conversation in our dental office. She also made all of the arrangements for my beloved mothers funeral. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING work.
