James was awesome and friendly. He got there so quickly. We were on the side of the road in 85 degree heat with two horses. He changed the tire on our horse trailer then we were happily on our way. 10 out of 10!!

Driver got the tow truck to my vehicle quickly and treated my car with as much care as he would have treated it had it been his own. There were no mishaps: the driver knew what to do and did it efficiently. I felt very comfortable with the tow truck operator: he was pleasant, very nice to have a conversation with, and he was awesome with my service dog. Highly recommend.
