Coffee was great and the service was helpful. I ALWAYS get the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso with stevia and pumps of sugar free vanilla. It is the BOMB.

Usually good with a quick cup before catching the bus home after work but not today. You say the lobby is closed and therefore you are closed to anyone but drive-thru. Yet, your door is open and the way you are giving service to those in drive-thru (in a takeaway cup) is exactly the same as if inside the store. It doesn't make sense to deny a sale to a customer in the lobby who is going to take a drink away when they are on a bike and can't go through the drive-thru. Three people working, only two cars in the drive-thru and you can't fill up a thermos of Pike Place? That didn't make sense.

Happy to have taken Everett Transit to drop into this Starbucks franchise, but cringing at the request not to take pictures of my coffee being prepared. Hence four stars instead of five. Very clean establishment though and good coffee.
