Pretty good overall. Van was a bit old (125000 miles) so things like phone charging weren't that easy. Also there was a water leak in the sink area. Staff in Everett were helpful despite them being really busy just after the July 4th holiday.

Cruise America in Everett went above and beyond. From the second we got there they were kind, helpful, understanding, and didn’t rush us at all. They were even better when we got back. There were mishaps in our plans and they actually closed before I could get back with the rental car to get my family and our bags. The manager personally (his team also offered without hesitation) to stay with my wife and kid and bags after closing while I was stuck in traffic. The whole experience was awesome in the actual RV, and it could have been ruined, but Cruise America made sure we remembered this trip for all the fun, not the problems. I will surely be renting from them again if I’m ever in the area.

We had an amazing experience with Cruise America Everett. First, we price shopped a lot and found them to be the best deal. We also felt that the vehicles would be more reliable than the 'airbnb of RV'ing' websites that exist out there. The staff was super friendly. We arrived early and were able to check out our RV early (although this is probably a results not typical situation). The process was fast, although they did take the time to make sure we fully understood how to operate the vehicle. Pay close attention during that part, take pictures, ask questions. You will thank yourself later. The RV itself was a delight. This was our first RV trip and it was pretty easy. Just go slow when driving, especially at first, and you will get the hang of it (and swing wide turns). When we came back the staff was enthusiastic and happy to see us. They were excited to hear how the trip went and focused on that more than the check in process. It honestly couldn't have been better. We hope to go back and rent another one soon!

Staff at pickup and return were very helpful. The van and all equipment worked flawlessly on our 3 weeks trip. My only complaint is that the roof air conditioner housing had a leak, which allowed water into the cabin during heavy rain.

Looks like they do allow one-way https://www.cruiseamerica.com/rv-rentals/options/one-way-rv-rentals

There is a repair/service station a block away where we paid to park our car for 2+ weeks while we rented from Cruise America in Everett. Very reasonable and it was safe.

Not that I know of. Sorry.
Yes, they do.
I don't know the dimensions. Two will fit, just keep in mind the ceiling is Much closer. Be careful you don't bump your head.
Yes there are Rest areas with RV dumping and fresh water they are north I-5 and if you go passed the rest stop to the very next exit and turn around there is a rest area south bound there is also a rest area south bound just after exit 189 with RV dumping and fresh water
Check their website.
No, just motorhomes. Think they have 3 sizes. 19 ,25, and 30 footers. I rented the 30 ft. It was surprisingly easy to drive. Even took it on the fairy.
Gas from main tank. Will not start if main tank is below 1/4 tank
