Best service I've had in any fast food place in a long time. 2 cars asked of me so it didnt take long all till i was at window. and the food was ready,hot and made right when I got to window. The people were even friendly.

No receipt offered or given, and I forgot to ask since they didn’t have diced apples with my oatmeal. When I asked for apples I was told I needed to pay extra for sliced apples because they don’t do diced apples with oatmeal here due to all of the apples being “bad”. They need to charge less for the oatmeal if they are withholding items that are supposed to go with it. 😡and then no receipt was offered or given after the transaction. 😡

Had to go inside and argue with the cashier for 15 minutes because the mobile app clitched out and wouldn't give me the option to claim the order I had placed and already had a pending charged for on my card. The cashier said they didn't receive it and I'd have to place and pay for the order again and call after the pending charge posted to have it refunded. Then after I walked out the drive thru employee came chasing after me with my order saying sorry for not realizing that they had actually received it. Then to top it off the bacon was missing from my burgers, the fries were as cold as my frappe, and they gave me a regular toy with small detachable pieces instead of a toddler which I definitely specified. So Mt toddler got all upset because he couldn't keep the toy

Every time I've gone here I've had issues with my orders. Issues like a excessively dry or overcooked burger, cold unmelted cheeses, soggy fries, etc. The employees are nice and the wait isn't bad. I just do not like going back in to complain every time I order. It's an easy fix to not have this mistake happen.
