If I could give 0 starts I would. Steer Clear of these apartments your car will get broken into constantly. They don’t have any cameras on property or security! which they should if they’re charging and arm and a leg for rent not to mention they love to say they’re “luxury” but no our unit get broken into and all they told us was sorry to hear that. Nothing was done. Not even the locks were changed And this was during the day too. The walls are paper in the units. If they tell you other wise it’s only to sell you on a unit. People are moving out left and right when you ask them why which we have they complained about the poor service they’ve received from management. First couple months you’ll love it until you have a problem good luck. And as far As the senior manager Danielle she does nothing to help when it be needed regret renting here so much!

I live in a third floor unit , my husband become disable due covid , and we got a Dr. note requesting to be transfer to a bottom floor because he is in a wheelchair and I have to be carrying upstairs the chair and the response from management was the they will approved my transfer only if I was agreed that my rent will increase around 600.00 a month and I have to complete an application process like a new resident. I am very devastated with this response , because we can not afford a rent increased of 600.00 from one day to another . I have been a very good resident for almost 2 years , I did also bring my family to leave here in this community and I never received my referral bonus or even a thank you note for that.. We will stay in our third floor apartment and we will deal with this difficult situation.

Nice apartment complex; generally quiet and very safe. The move in process was very smooth (thank you Brianna for your help there!) and any questions or issues have been addressed in a timely manner. The apartments are clean and spacious and everything has gone well since I moved in 1.5 months ago. Like any apartment you might hear neighbors, street noise, or the brewery next door during the summer, but that's to be expected. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking in this area.

My husband and I moved in just shy of 2 weeks ago and absolutely love it here! We are new to the area and are so pleased with the community as a whole. The property is always neat and tidy, neighbors are friendly and the office staff are wonderful. Dani and Crystal are great and Crystal made our move in process simple and easy. The community is very pet friendly which is amazing. The apartments are spacious, cozy and great value.
