Our rates are set amounts. We are currently taking information for our wait-list for our 2 & 3 bedroom townhomes. The 2 bedroom townhomes are approximately 1,150 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bath, washer & dryer hookups in the 1/2 bath, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher & garbage disposal. Water/Sewer/Garbage is $25.00. Our rates currently start at $1395 with an 8 month lease, $1470 if you choose to go month to month. The 3 bedroom townhomes are approximately 1,350 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bath, washer & dryer hookups in the 1/2 bath, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher & garbage disposal. Water/Sewer/Garbage is $25.00. Our rates currently start at $1445 if you choose to go with an 8 month lease or $1520 if you choose to go month to month.
