Great apartment, great rent. But watch out if you have a dog! I paid a hefty fee to have a dog, and then got yelled at by the manager because she would bark when my neighbor came home and opened/closed his door. Ummm... that's what dogs do? There were some people a few doors down who left their dog on the patio all the time and it would bark incessantly, and nobody complained about that? Never could quite understand this, but it's all a memory now as I left when my lease was up.
