I'm not happy that Fred Meyers is moving away from cashiers and to more and more self check. I am seriously considering not shopping here any longer. 30 minutes is to long to have to wait in line to check out.

I just tried to returnI just tried to return a pairI just tried to return a pair of men's atetic shoes. They are in perfect condition,never worn and I actually have the original receipt. Whenni took them to customer service the lady immediately gave me the " up down"...I'm assuming that because I am of Hispanic ethnicity they assumed that I had either stole the shoes and or had some story about a faulty receipt. I was denied my refunded was told that it was because I didn't have the box. I went out to my car and read the pics which specifically has a shoe return policy! It clearly stated that I had every right to get my money eg back for these shoes. So I called and was speaking to the very women who was . After a lengthy hold another woman cam on the ohibe and said that the store policy must not b up to date. I am mow sitting in their parking lot out of gas and on the verge of tears. I'm just trying to get home and they had the audacity to smile and say merry Christmas to me!!! Are you F%#&@*% SERIOUS!?!?!?

It was my first time going to this Fred Meyer and I will NEVER EVER come here again! The staffs and cashiers was so rude and lazy they also let people with no mask in which is not ok. We were asking the cashier some question and made sure that the bill were right, but they were speaking to us with no manners and yelled at us. They also talked bad behind our back just because we wanted to make sure everything was right. They also threw others customers stuff instead of putting it down on the table gently. One of the staff were so lazy that when we tried to ask for help they ignored us. One of the staff didn’t wear any mask :/ Terrible customer service!!

It was ok today but most often not handicap parking is a joke parking lot is a joke most folks that go there are rude mean an will run u over in parking lot as I was almost hit in my wheelchair by a person was doing burn outs as he lefted parking lot that place need serious help in way of parking lot and handicap parking and today dec 14th 2018 no handicap parking I got to park here thanks Freddie in both pic there are more regular park in front of store for walking folks no wheelchair spots
