Nice public course at a reasonable cost. Not overly long but has some challenging holes

For the first time in 30 years I was not allowed by the starter to tee off at the time I purchased. The organizational level out there is less than kindergarten level. They argued me off the tee 3 times until I ultimately demanded my money back and left. It's simple. You book a time... you get to tee off at that time. Overpriced muni with terrible management.

Had an enjoyable scramble here. Beautiful old course with just enough challenges. Fairways and greens were in GREAT shape for September! Turkey and swiss sandwich at the little restaurant is one of the BEST I've ever had. Everything was fresh and delicious and thick deli cut turkey.

During Covid we agree required to wear masks inside. All employees were cheerful and complying with the state mandated rule. This didnt story thier cheerful attitudes though. The greens were well maintained with some great dog legged holes.

They used to through a highschool program called the eagle program but I believe they stopped because of funding. However if he is determined he can always go on Saturday mornings and take the initiative to ask someone in the men's club. Plenty of those guy's enjoy having a caddy and he could learn quite a bit.
I have no idea but I think the woman's club plays on Tuesday
