Pick up an order this evening and half of my burrito bowl was missing and look like some just throw the ingredients into the bowl. Very disappointed that I didn’t get what I paid for.

We ordered 2 of the same size burritos. One burrito was regular size, the other was 1/2 the size. Tried calling the restaurant but only got a recorded msg. No help at all.

Their chicken was very burnt and dry. I tried to just live with it, I ate one of the burritos and started the second, but all I was tasting was char. I went back and they wanted to just give me more burnt chicken. Telling me it tasted fine. I ended up throwing the food away and leaving. Maybe it was just a bad batch but it definitely wasn't fine.

Training new folks is always a challenge, unfortunately my order was not correct, even with me standing there and pointing. They tried, and were very nice, hopefully they find their groove soon
