Nicely kept area. Out side Porta potty if you need. Lots of restaurants to walk too.

Great park and it's a long one as well! Walking along the river there are many great photo spots. Very well laid out park.

No just a launch point with two dock strings. Tidewater Cove Marina just east about a mile has live aboard slips available. They even have a beautiful floating restroom with shower and laundry facility. I might be partial because I designed the interior.

Does this marina have public spot to tie up, if I wanted to get out and explore the waterfront for a short time?

There is not public access to this marina, but the breakwater dock that surrounds it is public.

would this be a good place to start a entry level. job for someone interested in the boating industry ?
