I can not recommend this hotel because my room lacked even warm water and the proximity to a major state route was extremely loud. In addition to road noise, my first floor room facing the road would vibrate as trucks went by. It is a great location, however the windows are too thin to block out any road noise and provide a quiet sleeping experience. The mattresses and pillows were perfect and staff were very friendly. This is a fairly new location so it was very clean and well maintained. The noise however was terrible.

The room was comfortable and hotel was excellent. I stayed for 2 weeks what really made my stay nice was how I was treated by staff. Ace was always willing to help me with anything I needed even down to holding conversation late at night.thats what makes that hotel impeccable customer service. I fiever come back to heath that's where I will come thank you ace for all your help.

Absolutely a wonderful stay! I've stayed at this location a few times. All of my prior stays have all deserved 5 stars! Yet, sadly, I never written this hotel a review (my apologies). That said, my last stay deserves the 5 stars, x2! The room & hotel were clean & nice as always... However, my double star review is for the mid-shift front desk worker Ace. He was incredibly friendly and helpful! I watched him with many guests and they were all treated as his (& hotels) top priority! I stay upwards of 200+ nights a year for the last 7 years of traveling. So, I've definitely seen it all (good & bad). It's a rarity to see someone with his hospitality with each and every guest. 100% when I'm in the area, this will be my hotel.

Stayed here with my college hockey team. The staff was extremely helpful and went way out of the way to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were very nice and super clean, the entire hotel was spotless. You can tell the staff take pride in their job which is not always the case these days. Thank you for a great stay.
