This place is horrible, their maintenance staff doesn't do their job we set for maintenance requests not one of them was fulfilled yet they marked them as complete we had damages to the apartment from the previous people and we wanted them to get fixed no one ever fixed them. And then the lady Tammy wanted to charge us for the damages that they wouldn't come and fix when we put in the requests and now she has falsely marked me as evicted when we no longer live there and it's preventing me from getting anywhere else to live this place is the worst place do not rent from this place save your money rent from someone better. They will not hesitate to f*** you over.

Amazing place for someone starting out on their own. Everything was explained in really good detail, I was never confused at any point on what I was doing or what I had to pay. Everything was very timely, and everything was set up nicely to make me as the customer comfortable about getting everything set up. If you’re looking to talk to someone specific about getting good guidance when it comes to these apartments, talk to Leahna Hinkle. With her every bit of information I needed to know was sent to me via email, and any questions I had, I just called and they were answered right then, with no beating around the bush. Great experience overall!

Exceptional place to live. Community minded. Called and made a list of issues needing fixed and was able to take care of them in a prompt manner. Not only was the staff courteous, professional and polite. But the maintance staff was polite and professional as well. Has been a pleasure to rent here. Highly recommend them.

Won't fix the problem. Will just beat around the bush to prevent having to spend money. I've lived here over a year now and its more than obvious that all their money goes into the landscaping. While theres been a leak in my roof since and before I moved in. ALSO, CLICK ON THE GOOD REVIEWS AND YOU WILL SEE THE SAME PERSON "MOVING INTO" APARTMENTS ALL OVER TOWN. The reviews are fake. And the office will smile in your face telling you to basically piss of.
