Long wait in drive thru line. Order was wrong and missing items. Chicken was dry like it's been on warmer all day.

There food is very fresh everytime I go! The cashiers are very nice and helpful!

While we love the food, this is the third time we have left with our food and discovered at home that they left a significant amount of food out of the order. We then had to drive all the way back to pick up the missed food items. While people make mistakes, this is batting 0 for 3 which is truly poor service. Go to Bob Evans and get their chicken family meal.
