All they care about is your money. Rooms are run down and were outdated the day the building was completed, the wiring is a joke, the beds arent anywhere near comfortable. Don't ever give them a Debit/Credit card to pay your room, they'll actively try to double dip anytime they feel like it. They allow you to animals, and they will constantly bother you with the most asinine excuses to see how many animals you have in the room, so they can charge you an extra $100 per animal. They will never fix anything; toilet not attached to the floor? Too bad. Sink not working? Too bad If you sneeze wrong the lights will most likely go out if they even work properly in the first place. Rooms are never cleaned between guests, but they'll swear up and down they are. But that's what happens when the maintenance and house keeping staff is old and gets paid peanuts while everyone else rakes in the dough. Oh and bonus, enjoy the included Bed Bugs, and roaches. They're complimentary with every room

We were in town for the Street outlaws event a few weeks ago. Found a bed bug when I heard the commotion from other guests up front demanding refunds due to the condition of the motel and another guest showing the picture that they took of the bedbug. Seeing the owners replies to people here who are just simply reporting the issue is quite disturbing! I truly hope that this place is shut down because this is atrocious! I can’t believe they even told a guest below that there was no bedbugs in that room until she stayed there, who does that? Looking at your history you’ve had bedbugs for a while and are well aware of it! Stay away

Positive: The second they told me that they was checking me out when I complained!!! Negative: The hotel entirety. Parking lot looked like Ashtray. Bed sheet looked like some one ate in them and was just covered up. Toilets filth. Shower filth, Dead bugs in sink when arrived. Floors not swept, Mirrors not clean Manager clueless to housekeeping!!!!!

Positive: The staff was friendly. Negative: Yes! I paid for a king room, they don¿t have king rooms, ended up getting 2 full size beds. The beds were filthy, literally wiped off dirt (went to store and bought my own bed linen). The floors were dirty. Someone was attempting to get into our room.
