Very happy with service provided by Kristian and Alexandra. They were quick, efficient and professional. They explained all costs before starting work and respectfully answered any questions. Kristian went over and above by advising me of Jiffy Lube's 'top off' service which is included with the Signature Service Package I purchased. Thanks guys. Will definitely be back!

Very honest employees. I went in for a oil change they were honest enough to tell me I did not need one and my oil was clean tall gent from Zanesville. Not too many left on earth like these guys. Muffler shop down the road has lied to me 3 times cause they more like sales people in the past when I took my vehicle in so they lost my business to Jiffy. T Jiffy told me when its tim just stop back in for my oil change.

I recently went in for an oil change and I have to say the service was great. They were quick! Under 30 minutes from the time I walked into the door. They went over vehicle inspection with me and talked about what services I should consider but did not pressure me by any means. The manager was friendly and answered all my questions I had about my car. I will definitely be getting my oil changed here from now on.
