I was very disappointed in this. I used to love 5 guys but the last two times I've gotten from there have been nasty. I thought that maybe the one time was a fluke but it wasnt. The meat patties have a weird texture and flavor. Mcdonalds tastes better and I cant stand them. I seriously think its done to keep from using as much meat and give the appearance of a patty. Everything was meh. The peanut butter shake was alright but almost like eating pure peanut butter. I certainly won't be back. BK is far better and half the price.

I used to love 5 guys, have eaten at one in a few different states but after spending 57.00$ on 4 burgers & 2 fries that were so soggy & disgusting that no one was able to eat the buns, I won't be going back to one anytime soon.!! I ate my burger with a fork and only had a few fries cuz they tasted like they were reheated!! The store in Heath Ohio made me look at 5 Guys a totally different way and I'm actually very disappointed

Was good but sloppy as hell. Was expecting a bit more in the way of presentation for the price. Fries were overdone & hard as a rock. But burgers were good tho.

This was one of the most disappointing meals we have had as a family. The fries are soggy and greasy. The burger had good flavor but again, it was greasy. The shakes were really good. It's a shame when my 5 year old will not eat the hot dog. I waited 8 minutes for the food which isn't bad but in that time I noticed that, even more than a week after opening, most of the employees seemed clueless. They were arguing over what went on orders and the guy working the grill had no business cooking burgers. Burger 101 is never press a cooking patty with the spatula. He did that with almost every burger and then had to cut the thin patties to tell if they were done. The order for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) was $58. That is pretty comparable to other places like panera or tasty made, but the quality was no where close to deserving that price tag. My wife is the only person that ate more than a half dozen fries and that is only because she likes soft fair style fries. And she still only ate a small part of her fries. The boys and I ended up going and getting the free peanuts because the fries were not worth eating.
