My family and I were here just today. The website says how they keep things clean now. When we arrived at the theater we had to wait outside because they hadn't opened yet. That makes going into the restroom and finding multiple toilets that hadn't been flushed truly gross. Only one soap dispenser had soap in it. There were black spots all over the restroom floor. I don't know when the last time it had been cleaned but it's been some time. The counter workers were very friendly. The popcorn tasted fresh and the soft pretzels were made fresh. Bring some sanitizer wipes with you so you can wipe down stuff yourself.

Honestly this has been an amazing theater for the Heath Area. Staff has been super kind and friendly every visit- the drinks and popcorn has always been fresh. Theater upkeep has been great- I have never seen anything on the floors or chairs. Even the bathroom upkeep is decent for a large public use area. We continue to come here due to convenience backed by proven good customer service on many occasions.

Little on the pricey side but still good. The seats were very nice but they but they didn't clean them out (in between the cushions). I think a bottle of water a liter of water shouldn't be $6 should be a little cheaper otherwise very good might be back.

Very quiet and not very busy location. Popcorn was fresh and seats were clean and recline. Ordered tickets ahead and had no issues or wait in line before going inside.
