I would give zero star if possible. Only go there if you have no single choice left in San jose area. My husband bought a pair of diamond earrings sold at 2x price. The diamonds are of a cheap quality. It’s more like Wish.com type jewelry. I feel bad that my husband wasted his money. We live in Southwest and was in CA for job training, we went back to the store to exchange it, BHINDI gave us more artificial jewelry to swap with. Again, only go if you are desperate and every other store in your area is on fire or went out of business. Cheap artificial jewelry and very dishonest owner. Buy it if you hate your money or have a thing for ‘not’ authentic jewelry

Customer service is bad, better go somewhere else. Diwali time they are selling silver coins and you have to pay either cash or debit. They will not give receipt with details, they told silver is not their business but then why are they selling it. When i asked for receipt they said we can’t give receipt. Card reader receipt shows only purchase amount no details about purchase details.

We recently did transaction with them. Staff is very kind and patience and they showed whatever the jewellery we needed. Guided properly. Owner is also helpful and knowledgeable. An item was bigger and they fixed it our required size with no extra charge and on time. Go and shop here and you will not go wrong. Price is also very reasonable with huge discount. we liked this store and will go again.
