Had a remote starter installed, but it wasn't installed correctly so my battery is draining overnight so that it won't start in the morning; I have had to miss out on work opportunities with my employer and cancel doctors appointments. And now the remote starter doesn't even function when the battery is charged. I have reached out multiple times and was promised a callback, but I have never received a callback, and they have jerked me around over this entire scenario! Edit: someone from the executive level at Best Buy finally reached out and got the ball rolling, but it did take an additional 2 weeks to get me in, including a fiasco where the technician did not bother to return my call for a reschedule on the days that the major snowstorm made it impossible to get around as they thought by me not coming in meant that the remote starter was no longer a problem. One of the techs was extremely pushy on to keeping the remote starter in, to the point I had to tell them quite harshly that I did not want a faulty product. Since removal I have not had a single issue with battery drainage.

GREAT!!! We were greeted at the door. Told the guy why we were there. Wanted to purchase a TCL Roku TV. He sent Jason to help us. Within 10 minutes we left as satisfied & happy customers. Thank you Best Buy!

If Power Saving is set to Low or High, the screen becomes dark
