WARNING - RIP OFF I asked for the rate. I was advised 75.00 total I asked " is that with tax" and a man in indian sescent said " yes" and then charged my card $80.00. The next day I called and said " you said $75 total and he said 75 + tax = $80 Tax in Licking County is 7% which would be $5.25 . ( not to mention 10% bed tax which is in most places) I knew he was not telling the truth. I said " i recorded the conversation, do you want to hear it" and he immediately HUNG UP ON ME" When I called back he immediately placed me on hold and refused to talk. The Room was Nasty and Filthy Not worth $20 let alone $80 that i was wrongfully charged.

We've been using this place for over a year now. We attend concerts at Muddy Creek Saloon on a regular basis and always stay here. We tried two other places within walking distance and they both had major issues like linen that had not been washed, bugs, etc. This place always has clean rooms, clean bedding, good heat and a/c, and we have never seen any bugs. Nothing. Not even a damn spider. I don't know who their exterminator is but kudos to them. We will continue to stay here and recommend this place to others. -Anthony Ehredt and Andrea Morgan.

I stayed here in 2014, The room was decent if not a little dirty, the beds were fairly uncomfortable, and the amenities included were ancient. But for the price I paid i could easily have overlooked all of that. The reason I am giving them 2 stars is because i Left something behind, something that was priceless to me and something that i could never replace. I called and asked if anything had been left behind and they said no, when I asked them to double check they curtly assured me that they had cleaned the room and found nothing. Just to make sure i went back to the hotel and checked for my self and Lo and Behold there my item was sitting right in the top of the dumpster. There is no excuse for what they did. It was just plain lazy and horrible customer service to throw something away a customer leaves that is clearly not trash, let alone then lie to them about having done so.
