Horrible service , just because I purchased a headstone elsewhere, they have no sympathy in rushing to put his stone because I didn’t purchased with them , which I can’t afford there prices, my husband is there he should have some kind of priority as anyone else , my father in law was buried there just a few days ago and I understand deaths happen everyday and they are busy but having respect for others is also important, we have 3 family members there and they obviously just care about money and don’t care about people’s feelings, keep in mind they have no AC where they make the services at I had to rent a industrial fan to keep our guest cool, horrible horrible experience

I find the natural beauty and the history fantastic. The new chapel mausoleum is very nice. A beautiful place.

Cemetery is in terrible condition. Graves collapsing, not mowed. We were robbed there. Beware as the office told us it wasn't the first time someone had been robbed there. Don't go there alone.

Mother there is was nice an in 2013 we put my brother there anbit has went down so bad I have yo go take care of 3 gesves an then there are so many headstones sinking or just not setting right but they get good money if you put family there I think they need to step up an take care of what family's paid for

I wish I knew as well. My Grandmother passed yesterday and I was there today to make burial arrangements. I asked them where we could find the recordings again. He said that company did go bankrupt. He said there was a time a lady in St Louis still had access to them and you could call her and she would send you a copy. He said she got so overwhelmed with request she stopped doing it and changed her number? He did say that in order for your loved one to have this recording done they had to pay for it. The company would not get your money until they gave you a vhs copy of the video. So theoretically there is a copy of that recording that they should of received.
It looks like you are out of luck with Mount Washington fixing the headstones. A monument company can reset and stabilize them. Check around for pricing.
