We have been grateful to have their service over the past few months. First we had a large ant infestation, then we had construction start on the formally-wooded lot next to us. We’ve had help with spiders, earwigs and more, and with each visit we’ve been given tips on how to prevent, monitor, and catch them. They don’t charge for additional visits due to sudden bug upticks. Jordan has been super helpful and we’ve had his help the most. He even told us how to pop out windows to check for ant paths, I had no idea window frames had holes for ventilation that they come through. Overall very thorough and happy to help us. Love that the treatments are kid safe since we have a one yr old.

Cannot underscore enough how much we appreciate the entire Insight Team! I contacted Insight via email and within an hour spoke with Chris H. who got us all set up for a tech to come later that day to perform our first service! Since it's the summer and we plan to be out in our yard during nice days, we also got set up with a mosquito treatment and got a discount for bundling our service. Chris Incredibly fast, without being too pushy or trying to sell me anything I didn't need, and detailed on the phone. James E. did our first service and was amazingly thorough, knowledgeable and very friendly. He provided all the info regarding the treatment, which I love is pet and people safe after drying. James also pointed out all the opportunities where pests could come inside and walked us through where the rodent traps were. We started the day pretty ignorant about insects and pests. After James left, we were more confident and informed on what to expect and what we can do to have an insect free home (keeping bushes and trees trimmed and branches away from the house/roof). After a stressful time that prompted us to contact Insight, we feel so good working with them and relieved. Highly recommend.

We had a pretty bad ant problem, at the end of winter. Our initial visit was from Michael who clearly knows what he’s doing. Not only did Michael have a plan of attack, but he also schooled us on what we needed to do, as well as NOT do, in order to help successfully rid our home of ants. Michael treated the inside of the house on his first visit. The second time out he did an aerosol-type treatment of an attic space, as well as chemical application outside of the home, around the perimeter of the house. Michael (5) STARS - knowledgeable, clear in his communication, professional, efficient, patient. Today was an additional service call between our regularly scheduled service dates. We have seen a few more ants over the past 10 days, so we requested a visit. Samantha & Jackson were our technicians today, replenishing ant traps on the interior of our home, and spraying the exterior perimeter once again. Samantha is full of energy & enthusiasm, methodical in her approach, communicating well with her partner Jackson, as well as Michael by phone. While Samantha sprayed the exterior perimeter, Jackson completed thorough notes for the service history at our residence. While we are not quite yet free of ants,, I am confident that we’re receiving excellent service from a very competent & professional outfit ! I am impressed not just by the service, but by the efficiency, communication, professionalism of all the individuals whom we’ve encountered. Our experience has been positive ! Thanks.

We hired Insight in November of 2021 and have had nothing but amazing service with them. When we had a serious issue with rodents and they were on the phone shortly after they left to schedule appointment and could come out the next day. If you are looking for a company I highly recommend Insight. Our Technician Mike H has been super friendly and a pleasure to deal with, before he does any service he will ask if we have any questions or concerns and then will give detailed information with step by step what he is going to be doing. Insight is lucky to have a Technical like Mike H!

Is there a cancellation fee?

It's not a cancellation fee per say. If you sign up for the 1 year quarterly service package at the reduced rate then cancel before the year is complete, we won't charge for the whole price difference, but part of it depending on your quote.

Cleaning the carpet first makes good sense. After they are cleaned we can treat the area. Post treatment it’s important to vacuum at least once a day as the products work on breaking the life cycle of the pest. All in all it’s a pretty easy process.

Why do you guys charge 130 the costumer is not home

Normally you have to refere that to the service agreement, but thats normally the minimum price(quarterly)for pest control for the outside of the residence. And additionally if you have any need of treatment inside the house we will came free of charge
