They handled my claim well and took care of covering all payments as the insurance of at fault driver was dragging their feet.

I have to assume the bad service was because of overloaded workforce due to dramatic increase in collisions post covid, but this team was not able to commuincate efectively with me, or eachother in solving my totalled car claim. As such I recommend going with Geico for much cheaper rates and better customer service.

I’ve had Progressive for decades with no problems. I think I used them once before and now needed them for an $800 bill for damages that are covered. They never called the shop so I was surprised with covering the whole bill to get my truck. They did nothing proactive. The contact there is literally trolling me because I told her 6:50 am was too early to call. We’ve talked to a Supervisor 4 times asking for someone different and still have the same slacker. I’ve spent over 3 hours navigating robots and slackers on the phone and have had my car for three days and still nothing. I’m absolutely livid and if this sounds fun to you, this is the insurance for you. Don’t do it!

They closed early during open hours trying return the snapshot wont open the door because a progressive representative said I can return it to this store and I should be good but the person that I talk to closed door said to leave it there on the ground and they will take care of it and I went into my truck and called to make sure I was good leaving it there and talk to another representative and they said I cant and they took it before I could get it back
