Had 9 am appt, arrived 6:45am, called with a door # at 7:35am, got paperwork at 11am. Somewhat difficult backing if trucks on both sides of your space as there isn’t a lot of space in front. Some overnight parking right next to their building. The reason for only 2 stars is the nasty very young girl that works in receiving, very small with dark brown hair up in a bun. It’s very clear, she hates customer service and does NOT like interacting with them on any level. She’s rude, angry, and responds in a snappy tone of voice. I asked her if she’s in a bad mood like that every day. She was awful. I’m considering calling their corporate; I’ve never done something like that before, but she needs to go.
