"We should have you in a door by 9pm".. 23:20 !! Phone call !! " You can Stage in door" ..STAGE?? "We are pulling your load now, should be able to start in about an hour" !! HEY Lineage !!! Stop Loading Empty Drop Trailers and Take care of those Sitting On The Street ...WAITING, WAITING. WAITING ....!! If you Don't want OTR drivers there and only Drop Local !! Then Dont Schedule Them !! ( management tip of the day)... !!!

It takes forever to get into facility to register you have to write each PO number down when most places have a confirmation number so if you have 20 pills use one confirmation number they have everything this place you got to write each and every po down and it takes forever cuz if you get five guys in there you know what I mean

Despite being on time to pick up our load at the Decatur Alabama location it took them almost 5 hours to load us Ultimately causing us to be late for the Delivery to the Chicago location. Regardless of the fact that Their Own Staff caused the late arrival we were told "we'll have to work you in" which is a nice way of Saying Eff you, We'll get to you when we get to you". It's 6 hours later and we have yet to be unloaded. Make sure you fill out the proper paperwork to get that detention pay and hold these disrespectful folks accountable for your valuable time
