Be prepared to wait. This place is not run well. They are overbooking appointment times. We arrived 10 minutes early for our 10:30 appointment. Still waiting for 2 of 4 pictures to be taken 3 hours later. Ridiculous!

The most mediocre and unorganized operation a I’ve seen in my life. The ONLY reason we’re using it is because she school requires it. 🙄 Changed our package last minute to cap & gown & drape only so we can go have QUALITY photos done with Loveless in Murfreesboro! Appointment was at 3:30. It’s 4:25 & haven’t had a single photo taken.

Great customer service... extremely expensive pictures. 2 5x7 were $64 bc I didn't buy a package. The 10x12 picture came framed but it's a cheap frame with no glass and I paid $160 for it.

My son had his senior portraits done & when I received the proofs most of them were a bit blurry. I called & they immediately rescheduled retakes & they came back beautifully. The staff was very nice & apologetic. Extremely helpful. All in all a great experience.

You can go online to do it. There should be a website on what they sent you. I had to reschedule my son's from the original date. I did it online.
They provide the tux and drapes for the seniors.
25 is your sitting fee, covers all backgrounds
Your best bet is to schedule an appointment.
The pictures were taken in the fall, but didn't receive until spring. Proofs came earlier though... I believe it depends on the school.
