I called before going in to see if I could get an appointment. I was assured that I could walk in (it is, after all, a "Walk-in Clinic") and that I did not need an appointment. I got in the car and five minutes later, I arrived to be told that they were only seeing appointments, and that I should leave. They were unapologetic, acting with complete indifference to me and my illness. I gave them one star only because I could not give them any fewer. I hope to hear from the Patient Relations team, because I want to be sure this becomes part of their Press-Ganey results.

Came in for allergies and sinus infection and got tested for covid and the flu witch both came back negative then was told to take advil and treat the symptoms got nothing at all for the reason I came in for what a joke don't waste your time.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The staff was EXTREMELY rude. As a fellow health care worker, I understand the stress and frustration. But taking it out on sick patients is NEVER the answer. I spoke to a very rude woman on the phone who gave me nothing but attitude when I asked for a doctors note. She had a very hateful tone, whoever was answering the phones on 1/3/2022 around 4:30 PM working the front registry. NEVER come here. She was not willing to accommodate me when I asked for a simple doctors note with a copy of my positive test results and my full legal name NEEDED to be included. She said she would send one. Alas, it did not have my full name on them, while she said they would have it on there. Pure incompetence. I tested positive with COVID and was told I was going to get a call. It’s been over 48 hours and have I gotten a call?? Nope. When I called back to ask when I would be receiving said call, the nurse got snippy and told me to “be patient”. I was told I was going to be called 2 days ago. If you tell someone you will call them back within a certain period of time, you must honor that. Do not ever come here. Staff is rude and inconsiderate.
