They should make it easier to cancel the membership. You pay the annuals and the monthly fees and then are offered only specific, fairly inconvenient options to freeze or cancel the membership. Now I'm paying for something I can't even use in hopes they will finally cancel it once snail mail delivers my request in writing. It does me absolutely no good that you require a signature in person to cancel, I am well over an hour away from the club I began my membership with, not to mention my vehicle does not currently run. You could offer an e-mail option with an electronic signature. 'This is purely set up to make it more difficult and inconvenient to cancel.

Alex V. Is awesome in his knowledge and kindness at the service desk. The facility is using high end equipment with great variety available for many types of work out routines. The bonus use of the Message chairs & Massage Tables with the Tanning booths increase the ideal body wellness for me. The price for the Black Card Membership is ideal and doesn't hurt the bank account. A forever member for sure.

I attend college up here and find the staff to be much more accommodating than those at my PF back home. I am highly impressed with the new location and was disappointed to go back to my home gym for summer! Big thanks to the Augusta PF employees for being as helpful as they are—I appreciate you guys!

I love the new location. High ceilings, fresh and clean, plenty of nice and updated equipment. No more waiting! Love that it’s on Western Ave! Staff is friendly and on top of everything. My only complaint is it needs a stretching floor area. The old location had that with a mirror to check form and stack of small weights.. I really miss it.

Hey Deb, I go to PF on a daily basis and they don't offer boxing classes or have any boxing related equipment. I do know though that the staff is super friendly and their personal trainers will work with you, one on one, so that you can exercise at your own pace in the safest possible way. There is no year membership. Only 10 or 20 per month and one time 39 in a year. No family plan.
